How to patent an invention
First, do a prior art search to see where your invention fits into the universe. Next, you need to make sketches or diagrams of how your invention would function or could function, what materials you would need to have, what components or systems would be required for the invention to work, and how the invention works. You should disclose ample information on the how it works so that a skilled person in the art can implement your invention. This is called the enablement requirement.
